I have found meal planning to be the key to eating healthfully. When I begin my week with an arsenal of healthy meals, ready to go, it is much easier to make those good choices and stick to my eating goals.
The other benefit of meal planning is saving money. No impulse buying, less eating out, and planning that allows me to make multiple meals with minimal ingredients. I am able to feed my family of 6 on an average of $200 a week.
